Ho soggiornato presso l’elaya Hotel Vienna City West per 4 notti, pagando quasi 400€, ma l’esperienza purtroppo non è stata soddisfacente. Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale ma mi è stata assegnata una doppia con letti singoli separati. Anche dopo averli uniti su richiesta, i letti si spostavano facilmente rendendo impossibile dormire comodamente. La moquette era visibilmente usurata e macchiata, e il bagno presentava problemi di drenaggio con cattivo odore proveniente dalla vasca. Inoltre, la manopola dello scarico era rotta e il porta-asciugamano danneggiato. Punto a favore: l’hotel è in una buona posizione, comoda per muoversi in città. Non posso esprimermi sulla colazione perché non ne ho usufruito. Nel complesso, per la cifra spesa mi sarei aspettato standard di manutenzione e comfort decisamente migliori.

Im Zimmer hat es unangenehm gerochen. Es war zwar sauber, aber das Zimmer oder das Reinigungsmittel haben dazu geführt das wir im Winter für die Luftwaffe heizen mussten. Fenster auf Kipp und Heizung an. Das Frühstück, welches im Fahrstuhl auf der Werbetafel als "legendär" beworben wird, war echt unterdurchschnittlich. Abgesehen davon, dass es im fensterlosen Kellerraum stattfindet, gab es lediglich mini-Brötchen, Supermarktkuchen und wenig Auswahl bei Wurst und Käse. Auch die Obst und Joghurtauswahl war schwach. Das Servicepersonal im Frühstücksbereich war ganz ok und freundlich. Wenn wieder ein Trip nach Wien snsteht werde ich anderen Hotels eine Chance geben - keine Empfehlung also.

Good location for shops etc, walk to centre is approximately 40mins. Room had a few carpet stains and mark's on the wall but bed and shower were fine. Breakfast was inc and ok, from what I could see it was 16eu if not inc.

Out of city center, but conveniently near the metro station, breakfasts are OK, underground parking available, although it’s pretty tight and limited space down there. Parking is pricy at €19 per day, but it’s cheaper than hotel parking a in the city center.
